You may NOT use VideoForge AI to create, generate, or distribute content that includes:

  • Content promoting or depicting illegal activities
  • Instructions for illegal acts or criminal behavior
  • Content that violates any local, national, or international law
  • Drug trafficking, weapons sales, or other illegal commerce

2Violent or Harmful Content

  • Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of serious injury
  • Content promoting self-harm or suicide
  • Terrorist or extremist content
  • Content that threatens, harasses, or bullies individuals
  • Child endangerment or exploitation in any form

3Hate Speech and Discrimination

  • Content promoting hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Content that dehumanizes or demeans individuals or groups
  • Symbols, imagery, or language associated with hate groups

4Adult or Explicit Content

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Nudity or sexual content involving minors
  • Content designed to be sexually gratifying
  • Escort or sexual services advertisements

5Misleading or Fraudulent Content

  • Deepfakes intended to deceive or impersonate real individuals
  • False information or disinformation campaigns
  • Scams, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes
  • Fake news designed to manipulate public opinion
  • Misleading medical or health information

6Copyright Infringement

  • Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted music, images, or video clips
  • Content impersonating brands or public figures without permission
  • Pirated or stolen content

Prohibited Activities

In addition to content restrictions, the following activities are prohibited:

  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent our content moderation systems
  • Using the service to spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the underlying AI model
  • Using automated tools or bots to abuse the service
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotions

Enforcement and Consequences

VideoForge AI takes violations of this policy seriously. If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:
